25 Year Anniversary
We’re recognizing 25 years of being a silver lining for survivors. Because no child should be silenced, ignored, or forced to navigate darkness alone, and when child abuse happens, the only way to help is by not turning away.
At the Center for Children, our services are free of charge to victims and their families. This is why community contributions are so important in the work that we do.
In honor of our 25th anniversary this August, we’re launching a unique donation drive - $25 for 25 Years. Our goal is to reach 2,500 donations of $25 or more. We hope you’ll join us in this celebration as we look forward to our continued cultivation of help, hope, and healing in our community.

IF YOU SUSPECT ABUSE
If you suspect child abuse - or if a child tells you about abuse - making a report is very important! You cannot get into trouble or lose your job for making a report that turns out to be unfounded if you had good intentions when you made the report.
OR DIAL 911
All calls remain anonymous.
Reports of known or suspected child abuse or neglect should be made immediately to the Mesa County Department of Human Services Child Protection Hotline at (970) 242-1211 or a local law enforcement agency at 911.
